Questions people ask
Can we use our own training material?
Yes. Type questions in, import a spreadsheet, or upload a PDF, Word or PowerPoint file and check the questions our AI drafts from it. You can also start from our ready-made packs and change them.
Do we get records of who completed training?
Yes. Reports show who passed each required pack, when, and who's late, with a printable certificate for every pass. Download them as CSV for Excel or your HR system. Answers from your own rounds are kept for two years.
Does it replace our hands-on training?
No. It keeps what people learned fresh, and shows you who needs a refresher. Hands-on training and your own procedures still come first.
Is our material kept private?
Yes. Your questions only play in your own rounds, your company stays off the public leaderboards, and documents you upload are only used to write your questions.
What do I need for the TV?
Any TV or monitor with a web browser and an internet connection: a smart TV, a laptop, a small computer, a Fire TV Stick or a Chromecast.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick the plan that fits, monthly or yearly. If you don't, your TV shows a short reminder until you do. No card is needed for the trial.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time, from your billing page. Moving up or down is worked out to the day, and if you cancel you keep playing until the end of the period you paid for.
